    UCD Sports Centre loop,
    Warm up lap plus drills and strides
    4 by 400m 1min recovery (5km pace)
    3km (2 laps at threshold pace/half marathon effort) 2min recovery
    4 by 400m with 1 min recovery

    Thursday
    10min warm up and cool down with drill and strides before starting the session
    4 sets of 400m, 300m, 200m with 1 min recovery between reps and 3mins between sets
    Drills and plyometrics as last week

    I’ll be taking non-marathon group tonight (Maria back next week). John will be leading the marathon group 🙂
