    2 by 300m fast (1min Rec)
    1500m at 5km pace (2min 30sec Rec)
    2 by 300m fast (1min Rec)
    1500m at 5km pace

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up
    3 by 3mins with 2min jog recovery (@5km pace), 2 by 2mins with 1min jog recover (@3km pace), and 3 by 1min with 30 sec jog recovery (@1500m pace)
