    Tuesday
    (meet at Sports Centre as usual and jog over to Fosters Ave, look out for me at the roundabout to take gear over, road is blocked)
    3 by 2km rec 2mins (10km pace)
    4 by 10 sec hill sprints, full recovery

    Thursday
    3 times 4 by 400m. rec 60 seconds and 3 mins after each set
