    Tuesday
    3000m tempo pace /half marathon pace (2min rec)
    4 by 400m at 5km pace with 45 sec rec
    1500 at 10km pace with 2.30 rec
    4 by 400m at 5km pace with 45 sec rec

    Thursday
    5 times 2mins,90 sec, 30sec hard all with 1 min rec easy jog

    ** Update **

    With the Irishtown track still out of commission – Maria/Anthony will be moving the Thursday nights session to a run session out of WW following the Sat morning swim – runners to be ready for 9:40

    This will be a temporary arrangement that will revert to Thurs track sessions once Irishtown is operational once more.
