    1500 (5km pace) rec 90 sec
    4 by 400m rec 45sec

    Thursday
    3/4 times 2mins, 90 sec, 60sec, 30 sec
    Recovery is half the time, 60sec, 45sec, 30sec, 15sec

    Hi Guys – Is the meeting spot for today’s running session under the tree? I am new to piranha and went to it about two months but I haven’t had a chance to go back so I am just double checking if it’s in the same place?

    The official meeting point is outside the UCD gym but since it’s sunny suspect the best place to be is by the zebra crossing at the front of the gym by the pitches. Hope that helps
