Tuesday 3km at tempo pace, 90 sec rec, 1500m at 5km pace, 2min rec, 3km at tempo pace
Thursday Session 2 by 3200 with 400m jog recovery 3200 (8 laps, alternating between 1 lap at half marathon pace, 1 lap 10km pace)
Maria, I haven’t trained with the club in a couple of years but ill start back with a bit of running tonight. Thanks. Brendan.
