    1500m @5km pace

    Thursday
    10min warm up jog
    10mins at threshold pace/tempo pace (2mins rec)
    5mins at 10km pace (90sec rec)
    2 and a half mins at 5km
    4 by 100m fast sprints
    10min jog cool down
