    Tuesday
    1lap of sports centre field (1500m) at half marathon pace/tempo pace & straight into
    4 by 4mins at 5km pace, 60 sec recovery jog
    1lap (1500m) at half marathon/tempo pace again

    Thursday
    Long run

    Saturday
    10min jog warm up
    Drills & strides
    5mins,4mins,3mins,2mins,1min all with 1 min recovery jog
    (Half marathoners go back up 2,3,4,5 mins all with 1 min rec)
    Drill and plyometrics
