Tuesday Hills. Jog over at 7pm sharp from UCD sports centre or Meet over by foster’s ave gate 7.10pm 2 km loop (10km pace), 2 by 400m hills, jog back down recovery ,2km loop (10km pace) 2 by 400m hills, jog back down recovery
Thursday 3/4 by mile, 2.30 rec. 5km based effort
