    Tuesday
    2 laps (3km) tempo pace, 2 and a half min recovery jog
    4 by 2mins hard with 1 min recovery jog inbetween
    2 laps (3km) tempo pace

    Dublin Marathon Runners
    4 laps of the Sports Centre Field 6km, alternating paces
    2 times 1 lap at marathon pace, 1 lap at half marathon pace,
    4 by 80m fast strides

    Thursday
    Long Run

    Saturday
    10min jog warm up
    10mins of form drills and strides
    2 sets of 4mins, 3mins, 2mins with 1min recovery jog in between
    10min of plyometrics
    10min jog cool down
