    Tuesday
    2by 200m with a 100m jog recovery
    2 by 3km (2laps of the Sports Centre Field) at 10km pace with 2 and a half min recovery after both
    2by 200m with a 100m jog recovery

    Thursday
    10min jog warm up
    Fartlek Session
    3 times 3mins, 2mins, 1min all with a 1min recovery jog = 27mins of continuous running
    10min jog cool down
