    Maria will not be coaching running sessions this week due to a family bereavement. The club would like to extend our deepest sympathies. There will be an announcement on the forum for those who would like to pay their respects.

     

    Tuesday

    Member-led session in UCD and Clontarf

    4 x 1500m at 10km pace with 2 min recovery

     

    Thursday
