Tuesday session- 3km at tempo effort, 2min rec, 1500m at 10km effort, 2 min rec, 1500m at 5km effort
Thursday session – 3 sets of 1 by 400m (with 1min rec) and 1 by 800 then 3mins rec repeat. 5km effort session
