Running Workout this week done either Tuesday or Saturday Warm up jog 1500m (Sports Centre Field at UCD) Strides and Warm Up Drills 6km (4laps) at Threshold pace, 5min recovery jog 1km at 5km pace 1500m cool down
Long run this week should be at least 50mins
Nice set of Asics gloves left behind after this evenings run session… looking for the owner?

Hi Stephen – Mine I think – yellow trim, newish black Asics… Ditched em after lap two! I will be there next week if you are and get retrieve them?!
