Tuesday
1500m warm up loop,
warm up drills 2 sets- High knees, back kick, straight legs, fast feet
3 by 80m fast strides
2 by 3km threshold (2 laps of the UCD sports centre field) 3 mins between each set
After 6 by 100m sprints
walk back recovery
Thursday
10min warm up and cool down. Warm up drills and strides as above
3 sets of 3 by 400m, 1 min after each rep, and 3 mins after each set (9 400s in total, just to be sure!!!)
2 by about 40/50m
High knees, skipping for height, hops right leg then left, back kicks, calf jumps, squat jumps by 10.
