Tuesday
Warm up is 1 lap of the Sports Centre field
drills and 3 good strides after
Session 4/5 by the sports centre lap with 2 min recovery, (10km paced effort)
Thursday
10min jog warm up
drills and 3 good strides after
2 by 1km (2and a half laps of the track) with 2mins recovery
2 by 600m (1 and a half laps of the track) with 1 min recovery
2 by 200m (half a lap of the track) 30 sec recovery (5km paced effort on the whole session)
