Hi all –
Run training sessions for the week ahead are as follows:
Tues:
2 x 3km tempo (~half marathon pace) with 2 mins recovery
6 x 100m strides
Thurs:
2km @ 10km pace, 2min recovery
1km @ 5km pace, 90 sec recovery
500m – HARD
Anthony Mulholland will coach the sessions at 7pm in UCD on Tuesday and at 8pm on the track in Irishtown on Thursday, Maria will be back next week.
Tuesday alternative run location – Clontarf promenade, member-led. This session will follow Maria’s training plan for UCD run session. Meet at Sail Sculpture at western end of Clontarf promenade
