Here are the next two week session’s
1 by 1500m with a 2min rec
1 by 3000m with a 2 mins rec
1 by 1500 … all done at 10km pace
10 by 400m hills on Fosters ave
jog back down the hill recovery
For the saturday please just do 10 by 400m with 2mins recovery
