    Apologies for late notice.
    Tuesday 5 by 1500m at tempo pace. 90 sec rec
    Thursday 3 by 10 mins at 10 km effort. 2 mins recovery.
    Marathon group
    Tuesday 8 by 1500m 1/2 marathon pace. Recovery 60/45 seconds. Alternating.
    Thursday 2 by 20 mins at slightly slower than 10 km effort. 5 mins between sets.
    Long run 2.45 easy
