    Thursday
    10 mins, 5 mins , 10min efforts at the track

    Marathon group
    Tuesday
    7.15 sharp ready to start session
    6/7 by 1500m loop half marathon pace with 90 sec rec

    Thursday
    4 by 10 mins efforts at the track

    Day 3
    50 mins easy

    Long run
    2 hours easy with 6 light/turn over strides after 80m/15secs

    Bonus day
    Easy 30 mins
