    3km tempo 2 min rec. 3km at 10km effort.
    Thurs
    10 by 400m with 1 min rec. 5km effort

    Milan marathon programme -2nd April
    12 weeks starting 9th Jan
    5 day schedule with option of 6th being an easy 35 mins
    Tues -3 by 3km tempo with 2.30 rec
    Thurs -20 by 400m with 100m jog rec. 10 km effort
    -40 mins easy plus 6 by 100m strides.
    -50 mins easy
    -long run 1hour 40 mins
