    Tues 4 by 6 mins at 10 km effort with 2 min rec
    Thurs 30 mins 15 by 1 min hard 1 min easy

    Marathon group
    Tues 6 by 7 min tempo with 1 min rec
    Thurs 30 mins 15 by 1 min pick up 1 min easy.
    Nothing too hectic. Long run is important.
    Long run 60 mins easy 10 km at marathon pace. 2/3 km easy after.
    Other days 40-50 mins.
