    Session 1
    Hill session 10 by 40 secs hard. If no hill just run them as sprints on the flat. Jog back to start rec. it’s all out fast and hard.
    Session 2
    3 by 2km tempo efforts. 2min rec. jog.
    -30 min easy run
    -long run 60-70 mins relaxed
