    session: 6000m tempo (4laps of the 1500m loop) half marathon paced session, 5/6 fast short sprint/strides after

    Thursday
    session: 3 sets of 600m 1min rec, 400m, 1min rec, 200m, 3min rec (5km fast paced session)
