    Thursday 6 by 800m st 5 km effort with 2.30 rec

    Dublin Marathon training week 1
    Tuesday 3 by 10 min tempo with 3 min rec

    Thursday 10 by 800m at 10 km effort with 1 min rec

    Day 3 50 mins easy
    Day 4 long run 1 hour 40 mins easy
    Extra day (if doing 5 days ) 40 mins. Easy
