    Tues 4 by 1500 m with 2 min rec.
    10 km effort.
    Thurs 12 by 80 seconds with 40 sec rec. 5 km effort.

    Marathon group
    Tues 6 by 1500 m at 10 mile effort. With 2 min rec.
    Thurs 16 by 80 sec with 49 sec rec. just getting the legs turning over and feeling good.
    Sat/sun 90 mins. 20 mins easy. 10 km at marathon pace and the remaining time easy.
    Other runs 30-35 mins easy
