Tuesday 3km tempo with 2 min jog rec, 1500m at 5km pace with 2 min jog rec and then 4 by 200m fast with 1 min rec Thursday 3 sets of 1km. @ 10km pace with 90 sec rec, 600m at 5km pace, 90 sec rec, 400m hard with 3 min rec.
