Thurs – 8 by 4 mins at 5km effort with 2 min rec
Marathon training Tues-3 by 20mins tempo run with 3 min recovery Thurs 12 by 4mins at 10km effort with 2 min rec -long run 2.40 mins with 6 by 80 m strides after -other runs for the week 40-50 mins very easy
