    Tuesday 10 by 2 mins at 5 km effort. 1 min rec.
    Thursday. 1 by 10 mins at 10 km effort. 3 min rec. 2 by 5 mins at 5 km effort. With 2 min rec. 4 by 100 m sprints.

    Marathon.
    Tuesday 16 by 2 mins with 1 min jog rec. 10 km effort
    Thursday. 4 by 15 mins tempo. With 2 min rec jog.
    Long run 2.30. 60 easy. 60 at marathon pace. 30 easy.
    All other runs. Very very easy. 40-50 mins.
