    Tuesday
    Session : 3 by 1500m, each one getting faster, starting with half marathon pace,1 min rec, then 10km pace, 2 min rec, and then 5km pace.

    Thursday
    Session : 1km,2km,1km,2km with 2-3min rec. 10km based effort.
