    Tuesday 2 sets of 1500m at 10km effort with 5 by hills(roughly 30 sec efforts) jog back down rec

    Thursday 4 sets of 3 by 2mins.
    -2 mins at half marathon pace (20 sec rec) 2 mins at 10km pace (40 sec rec)2 mins at 10km effort (60 sec rec)

    Marathon group
    Tuesday 60 min run with 10 by 5 mins tempo with 1 min rec jog
    Thursday 6 sets of 3 by 2 mins.
    -2mins at marathon pace (20 sec rec),2 mins at half marathon pace (40 sec rec) 2 mins at 10km pace (60 sec rec)
    Long run 3hours
    In between runs 45-50 mins
