Session 2- 5 by 1km with 2min rec. aiming 5 km pace
-30 mins easy -50-60mins easy
Session 3- 10 by 2 mins at 10km pace with 1 min jog rec
Session 4- 3 by 2km at slightly slower than 5km pace with 3 min rec
-30 min easy run -60-70 min easy run
