    Tues 1500m tempo. 10 by 200m with 1 min rec. 1500m tempo
    Thurs 10 by 400m with 90 sec rec. 5 km effort

    Marathon training
    Tues 30 min tempo. Then 10 by 200m with 1 min rec. 10 km effort
    Thurs 20 by 400m with 1 min rec
    Long run 2.30
    In between runs 70 mins and 30-40 mins
