    Thurs
    800,4 by 400,800,4 by 400, 800 all with 100m jog rec. 5km effort

    Belfast marathon
    Tuesday
    6 by 10 mins with 1 min rec jog. 1/2 marathon effort
    Thursday
    800,4 by 400,800,4 by 400,800m all at 10km effort. 100m jog rec
    Long run 3hours very easy
    In between runs 40-45 mins
