    1500m tempo, 2min rec, 6 by 400m at 5km pace with 1min rec, 1500m tempo

    Marathon Training
    Tuesday
    session – 3km at marathon pace, 2min rec, 10 by 400m at 10km pace with 45sec recovery, 1500m/3km at marathon pace

    Thursday
    Speed and endurance session at the track

    Day 3
    50mins easy with 6 by 20 sec fast strides with jog back recovery

    Long Run
    2 hours 15mins easy

    Bonus Day
    35mins easy
