    Tuesday
    3 by 10 min tempo. With 2 min rec. 6 by 100m fast strides after
    Thursday
    12 by 400m at 10 km effort with 40 sec rec

    Marathon training
    Tues 6 by 10 min tempo with 2 min rec
    Thurs 20 by 400m with 40 sec rec at slighly slower than 10km effort
    Sun long run 2.30. An hour easy and 75 mins at marathon effort. 15 mins very easy after
    All other runs for the week are easy recovery 30-45 mins
