Tuesday 1500m at 5km effort with 2 min rec, 3km at 10km effort with 2.30 rec, then 1500m at 5km effort. Thursday 800m,4 by 400m,800m,4 by 400m,800m all with 100m jog. All 5km or faster efforts.
