    Tuesday. 4 by 7 min at 10 km effort. 2 min rec.
    Thursday 2 by 15 min tempo. 2.30 recovery

    Marathon training
    Last big big week coming up.
    Tuesdsy.
    7 by 1500m with 60sec rec tempo effort.
    Ucd group will have a loop away from sports centre field between 7-10 mins. Gary will let you know 😂
    Thursday
    4 by 15 mins 2.30 recovery
    1st 15mins marathon pace
    2nd 15 mins 1/2 marathon pace
    3rd 15 mins 10km pace
    4th 15 mins marathon pace.
    Sunday 3hours
