    Tuesday (if you raced raheny an easy 45min run)
    – 3 km tempo 2 min rec. 1500m at 5km pace. 2 min rec. 3 km tempo.

    Thursday
    -3 by 10mins. With 2 min rec. 10km effort.

    Marathon group
    -Tuesday if raced raheny an easy 50 min run.
    Otherwise 3 by 3km at 10km effort. with 2 min re.
    Thursday. 4 by 10mins tempo with 2 min rec.
    – long run 1.50-2 hours easy
    – in between run 45-50 mins
    -6th day 35 mins. (Optional)
