    4 by 1500m, at 10km based effort with 2 min rec
    Thursday
    track session – a mix of speed and endurance

    Marathon Training
    Tuesday
    3 by 4500m, at slightly faster than marathon pace, with 3min jog rec
    Thursday
    track session – mix of speed and endurance
    Day 3
    60mins easy
    Long Run
    3.30 or 34km which ever comes first
    Bonus Day
    30mins easy
