Session 1
5km- 2km at 10km pace with 2 min rec, 2kmat 5km pace with 2kin rec and then 1km very hard.
10km -3 by 2km. 1st at Half marathon pace 1 min recovery,2nd at 10km pace, 2 min rec and 3rd at 5km pace.
Half marathon- 5 by 2km , 1,3&5 at half marathon pace with 1 min rec, 2&4 at 10km pace with 2 min rec
Session 2
5km- 8 by 400m hard ,hard , faster than 5km pace with 1 min rec.
10km- 12 by 400m at 5km pace with 1 min rec
Half marathon- 16 by 400 at 10km pace with 1 min rec
