    Tuesday
    10 by 1 min hard with 1 min easy
    Thursday
    3/4 by 8 mins –
    6 mins at half marathon pace 2 mins at 10k pace. No recovery

    Marathon group
    Tues-20 by 1 min hard 1 min easy
    Thurs -6 by 8 mins. 6 mins at marathon pace and 2mins pick up 10km effort. No recovery. 48 min run.
    – long run 3 hours.
    – in between run 45/50 mins.
