    Tues- 2 by 15mins tempo with 3 min rec

    Thurs -10/12 by 2 mins at 5km effort with 1 min rec

    Marathon training
    Tues -20 tempo,2 min rec jog,15mins at 10km pace,2 min rec, 10mins at 5 km pace.

    Thurs- 20 by 2 mins with 1 min rec jog. 4 at 10km effort and the 5th at 5km effort.

    3rd run 70mins easy
    Long run 2.30 easy
    If 5 days 35 mins

    Hi Maria,

    With regards to the marathon training this afternoon mind confirming for those that don’t know the lingo that well.

    At what pace should the 20no x 2min be done at? Also do we do 4no x 2min at 10km effort followed by 5no x 2min at 5km effort after we have completed the 20no?
