    Tuesday 6 by 3 mins at 5 km effort. 90 sec rec
    Thursday 20 min tempo plus 6 by 150m fast strides after

    Marathon group
    Tuesday 10 by 3 mins with 1 min rec 10 Mile effort.
    Thursday 2 by 20 mins tempo effort. 4 min jog in between.
    Long run 2.15 easy
    In between runs.1 -70 mins easy
    2-40-50mins.
