Tuesday 6km tempo and 4 by 200m strides after
Thursday 6 by 800m, rec 200m jog
Marathon group Tuesday 25 min tempo rec 3 min jog then 1500m at 10km pace. If you raced raheny 50-60min run with 10 by 10sec hill sprints
Thursday 10 by 800m with 200m jog.
Long run 1.50-2hrs (as long as you have done 2/3 by 1.40 in the previous weeks. -40 min easy -30 min easy
