    Tues -2 by 10 mins tempo 2.30 recovery , 6 by 400m at 5km effort with 1 min rec.
    Thurs – 8/10 by 2mins with 1 min rec. 10 km effort.

    Marathon training
    Tues- 5 by 10 mins worth 2.40 rec at tempo effort
    Thurs- 16 by 2 mins at 10km effort with 1 min rec jog
    Long run -3 hours
    In between runs 80 mins and 40mins.
