Tuesday 20 min hilly hard run plus 6 by hills after Thursday 3 sets of 200m,400m,600m all with 90 sec rec
Belfast marathon Tues 6 km at marathon pace Thurs 4 by 400m light efforts. In between runs 30mins Mon or wed and 15/20min jog Fri Sun marathon.
