Make sure you have a good warm up before starting workout. 10-15 min jog and at least 3 by 15 sec strides, drills are a bonus. A good 10-15 min jog cool down after. Workout 1 8 by 200m or 40 secs fast with slow jog back to start.
Workout 2 10 by 15 sec hill sprints
Run 3 30 min easy run Long run 60-80 mins easy
