Tuesday 6km tempo. 3 min rec , 4 by 400m fast. With 90 sec rec Thursday 1600m stride the straights and jog the bends, 2 min rec. 2km, 800m, 400m all with 2 min rec. starting at 5km pace and then getting faster as the distance comes down.
