    Marathon group
    12 by 4 mins at tempo(10 mile effort) 1 min rec.
    non marathon group 6-8 by 4 mins at 10km effort. 90 sec rec.

    Thursday
    Marathon group 3 by 20 mins. 1st marathon pace (2 min rec)
    2nd 1/2 marathon pace (3 min rec)
    3rd 10km pace.
    Non marathon group 3 by 10 mins tempo 2 min rec.
    Sunday marathon group 3hours
